ORDER DENYING MOTION TO REOPEN CASE


The debtor has filed a motion to reopen her case so that she can file a motion to avoid a judicial lien. It is not necessary for her case to be reopened before she can file a motion to avoid judicial lien. 1   Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the debtor’s motion to reopen case is denied as unnecessary. The reopening fee is waived. The debtor may proceed with the filing of her motion to avoid judicial lien.
