Transaction costs are disallowed in this chapter 11 case. The debtor plans to retain the collateral and does not envision a sale. Therefore, for purposes of chapter 11 confirmation, liquidation or transaction costs are not allowable. In re Landing Associates. Ltd., 122 B.R. 288 (Bankr. W.D. Mr. Taylor and Ms. Magden have a secured claim for the differential between the value of the property ($210,000.00 + 1/2% per month from April 26, 1991) and the amount of the State of Alaska's claim as of the date of confirmation of plan.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on Thursday, June 20, 1992. at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 2 - Room 126, 605 W. 4th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska, on plaintiff's motion for summary judgment.
